Vision Originality Technique ImpactI have ate a lot of this type of bread because I am a liberal Jew we have kiddush every Friday night. By the way shame I can have a sample lol I am Hungry now just looking at it I can imagine it has a crusty outside with some lovely soft dough but cooked in the middle the angle of the shot could have been a bit lower. But apart from that looks gorgeous and very Yummy I can see air pockets so I am guessing that it was left to rise enough which will give it a light and airy texture.
